We consider general contractors as our clients, but our customers are their project managers and site supervisors.
Success is guaranteed when they have the information they need and are taken care of by the right people.
A presentable staff and site that represents our customers well is very important to us.
All staff are in appropriate branded PPE and are responsible to maintain cleanliness on and around the job-site, each and every day.
We’re dedicated to the recovery of construction and demolition debris. For LEED projects we haul exclusively to Dem-Con, a LEED-certified facility that utilizes a mechanized sorting system to recover six different materials: ferrous and non-ferrous metals, cardboard, wood, aggregate, and alternative daily cover (ADC). A combination of equipment and manual sorting results in high-quality materials being sent to end markets throughout the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota

Dem-Con is proud to be certified by the Recycling Certification Institute. This third-party certification ensures our customers that Dem-Con’s recycling numbers are real, accurate, and reliable. An additional LEED credit is available to haulers that utilize our facility.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency established the DERA Program to reduce pollution emitted from diesel engines through the implementation of varied control strategies and the involvement of national, state, and local partners. DERA includes programs for existing diesel fleets, regulations for clean diesel engines and fuels, and regional collaborations and partnerships.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is a federal regulatory agency that was created within the Department of Labor by the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSH Act).
Investing in compliance and safety creates dedication in a workforce by demonstrating to our employees that T.S. cares about their wellness. By improving safety and preventing workplace injuries and deaths, we improve morale organization-wide.

2020 proved to be a milestone year for us: we were awarded our WBE, MBE, and SBE status.
Our hope with these certifications is to transition T.Scherber’s services into the public, federal, and larger commercial work spheres. We want our work to be at the foundation of the buildings the community counts on every day. It’s been rewarding to see both private and public workplaces begin to put a higher priority on inclusion and diversity—and we hope with these certifications to be a part of that.
We have always had a deep sense of community service, sustainability, and inclusivity. Our goal is to have integrity towards the status we’ve been given by committing to diversity in everything we do. While this mission isn’t the road of least resistance, it’s part of our foundation; we embody these goals to make sure our business and hiring practices are diverse—and hold the same standards to the supply chains we work with.
